What kind of creators do you work with?
Independent creators across suitable categories. We focus on readiness, consistency, lawful operations, a usable baseline, and mutual working fit—not on defining the agency by one industry.
Do you own my accounts or content?
No. You retain ownership and control of your accounts and creative work, subject to any rights you separately license or authorize in writing.
Who receives my platform earnings?
You do. Creator platforms pay into creator-controlled accounts. SECRET F invoices you for its B2B management fee and does not take custody of your platform payouts.
What is the management fee?
The initial commercial model is 30% of Net Receipts as defined in the applicable agreement. Your final agreement and schedule state the precise calculation, scope, currency, notice, and payment terms.
Will you need my passwords?
We prefer native platform roles, scoped permissions, creator-owned exports, and supported connection methods. Access is requested only when needed and agreed; optional access can be revoked.
Do you guarantee growth or earnings?
No. We build and operate a deliberate process, but platforms, audiences, markets, and creative performance are variable. We distinguish measured results from projections.
Is applying the same as being accepted?
No. The process begins with fit and eligibility review. Acceptance, verification, contracting, and onboarding are separate stages.
How is AI used?
Where approved, AI may assist with low-risk drafting, classification, or analysis. It does not independently control contracts, money, identity, security, creator boundaries, or other high-impact decisions.
Can I disconnect?
Yes. Optional connections and permissions are designed to be visible and revocable. Contractual offboarding follows the signed agreement and applicable retention obligations.
