Scope
This notice covers visits to secretf.com, the public creator application, invitation links, source attribution, and direct enquiries sent to SECRET F. Creator onboarding and authenticated workspaces use additional notices and agreements.
Information we receive
Our hosting provider may process standard technical request data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser information, and security events. Where configured, we use an IP-derived country hint to preselect the country field; you may change it and we do not store the lookup result separately. An initial application collects a professional or stage name, email, country code, one current-work-and-goals summary, source or campaign attribution, consent record, and invitation reference where applicable.
How we use information
We use limited information to operate and secure the website, review fit and eligibility, respond to applicants, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Legal basis and sharing
Depending on the context and applicable law, processing may rely on legitimate interests, steps requested before a contract, consent, or legal obligations. Data may be handled by authorized staff and necessary hosting, email, security, or professional-service providers subject to appropriate controls.
Retention
Technical logs, enquiries, and applications are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security, review, response, records, and applicable obligations, subject to configured retention rules and necessary holds. Unsuccessful applications are not retained indefinitely.
International handling
Providers or recipients may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, SECRET F uses an appropriate legal basis or safeguard for those transfers.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or receive certain personal information, and to complain to a competent supervisory authority. Rights can be limited by law and we may verify identity before acting.
